It is thought that approximately 75% of the US population is chronically dehydrated.\u00a0 This simply means that over an extended period of time, we aren\u2019t drinking enough water.\u00a0<\/p><p>The impact of chronic dehydration includes:<\/p><ul><li>Elevated levels of inflammation will cause joint pain.<\/li><li>Joint friction. Water is crucial to the production of synovial fluid, which lubricates joint surfaces.\u00a0<\/li><li>Toxic buildup. This gives it \u201ctaste\u201d without caffeine, sugar, or a lot of calories.<\/li><li>Carry water with you all day.<\/li><li>Get a favorite insulated water bottle. For me, drinking 10 glasses of water sounded impossible \u2013 but drinking 3 bottles of water a day seemed easier.\u00a0<\/li><li>Start your day with water. Each morning, start the day with a glass of water.\u00a0 Yes, even before the coffee.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How Much Water Do I Really Need?
